General Information (ASI/PPAI)

All orders are accepted subject to our delivery items. If for any reason Woodmax can not meet your required delivery, our sales representative will contact you.
All orders are subject to credit approval.
Woodmax will not accept order unless done so by fax or letter and confirmed by Woodmax.
If an account has not been established, first payment of 50% if required with purchase order. Full payment or Letter of Credit may be required for some special cases.

Woodmax reserves the right to change color, withdraw or increase the price of a product without notice.
For pricing exceeding end-column quantities, please contact our customer service.
In-between quantities will be invoiced at the lower quantity price.
Woodmax reserves the right to ship up to 5% over or under the quantity ordered and will be invoiced at same price stated on the order.

The standard delivery is approximately 10 working days from receipt of item approval and paper proof. Some items or quantities may need longer delivery, and sales representative will inform you based on your project.
Rush order service, $100.00(v) for next day, $75.00(v) for 2-day and $50.00(v) for 3-day delivery. This service is subject to customer written request and acceptance by Woodmax.

Laser engraving logo setup charge: $45.00(v) each logo. Repeat setup charge: $25.00(v).
Laser engraving running charge: Except pens, all other products' column pricing is not including laser engraving running charge. Please refer to each product's imprint information.
Gold, silver or black color fill will be an extra charge to engraving. Please add $1.50(v) each.
Oxidization process is an option or necessary for some metal pens and products. It needs extra chaarge.
Brass plates: BP1 $3.50(v) size: 3-1/8" x 1-3/4"; BP2 $2.50(v) size: 2-1/2" x 1-1/8"; BP3 $4.00(v) size: 2-1/2" x 2-1/2" with clipped corners. Prices are including cost of plate and laser engraving.
Chrome silver plates: SP1 $4.00(v) size: 3-1/8" x 1-3/4"; SP2 $3.00(v) size: 2-1/2" x 1-1/8". Prices are including cost of plate, laser engraving and attachment. Oxidization also included for chrome silver plates.

Customer provides names in words or excel file. Fonts are available in Roman, Roman Italic, Arial and Brush.
$20.00(v) setup fee. No setup for more than 50 names.
$1.50(v) on metal pen, $1.25(v) on wood pen, $2.00(v) on wooden box or other wooden products.

Camera ready: Sharp black & white line art on glossy photographic materials.
Digital artwork: IBM formatted disk or CD ROM in TIF file at 600dpi or Adobe Illustrator EPS file or CorelDraw CDR file.
E-mail artwork: Please email the art to: art@woodmax.com and identify it with purchase number as a reference. Follow up notification is recommended.
Don't send art to size, Woodmax will size art appropriately for best visual effect.
Art used for laser engraving wooden products can not be used for metal laser engraving or silk screening, therefore an additional art charge/setup will be applicable.
Woodmax keep art in file for a period of 18 months. All repeats after that period will require new art.
If art need to be cleaned up, edited or corrected, additional charge will be charged at $25.00(v) per 1/2 hour.

Faxed paper proofs at no charge for up to one revision. Any additional revision will be charged at $15.00(v)
Sample proof: Artwork setup, running charge, product cost and shipping.

All price are FOB factory. Shipping and handling charge will be added to the invoice.
All shipment will be insured unless stated clearly on your order that insurance is not required.
We can only guarantee the delivery date when the merchandise will leave our warehouse, cannot be responsible for carrier delays.
All orders are shipped via UPS unless otherwise requested. Orders that do not indicated shipping instructions, will be shipped at most economical method to meet the in-hand date as per your order. A drop shipment charge at $5.00(v) per extra destination.

Merchandise found to be incorrect due to Woodmax's error would be replaced at no cost if returned within 30 days from receipt of merchandise. A written authorization from Woodmax is required prior to returns. No credit will be issued for merchandise that is not authorized being returned to Woodmax.

No cancellations will be accepted unless send by fax or letter and confirmed by Woodmax. Charges will be billed on material used and work completed prior notification.

The customer hereby agrees to hold the factory harmless to any damages, costs and expenses when they arise under all laws as consequence of the factory's use of customer provided trademark, service mark, copyright or other materials of operations undertaken by this agreement.

The trademarks imprinted on the product displayed herein are reproduced only as examples of the type and quality of imprinted products available. They are not intended to represent that the products are either endorsed by, or produced for the owners of the artwork, design or trademark.
